Buying and licensing prints and images

I sell 8x12 prints for $40 with free shipping to the USA. They are real photographs on Fuji Crystal Archive paper by a professional lab. Contact me about international shipping and pricing on larger sizes.

Contact me about licensing images for editorial and other purposes. Unless otherwise noted I don't have model or property releases, but I can obtain them in some cases if necessary.

More about me

I live in Tokyo, Japan in the town of Hachioji (in Takao). I love to photograph people and culture. I'm also involved in community organizing in my city and regularly take groups of Japanese volunteers to serve and learn in Cambodia. I grew up in Albuquerque, NM (USA), graduated from Occidental College in 1989, lived in East LA for many years, and moved to Japan with my family in 2002. At 6'3" I don't blend in well. Look for me appearing head and shoulders above the crowd in Tokyo or Phnom Penh holding a Canon 5D with a 24 or 50mm lens attached.

Payment

Use the "Donate" button below to purchase a print. Contact me first to verify the availability of the photo, the size, and the price with shipping. These transactions are handled by PayPal, a highly respected and secure payment service.

Payment instructions:

1. After clicking the "donate" button enter the amount (that I have given you), then click "Update total" (don't skip the "Update total" part).

2. If you don't have a PayPal account then it's NOT necessary to create one. Look for the option to buy without a PayPal account using your credit card (a small link on the lower left part of the page).

3. Click through and fill out the form with your credit card info (or use a PayPal account if you have one).

4. On the last page you can type a text note (if you're paying by credit card then there's a small "plus" sign you click to reveal the text box). Use this to confirm the photo(s) you are purchasing.

After receiving payment, I will have the photo(s) printed and delivered by US mail. I use a professional, reliable printer located in the USA.

* Note: I use the "Donate" button only because the "Buy Now" button comes with a fixed price. PayPal handles these as regular payments, not as real "donations."
