Sadly, the blossoms are falling rapidly. Happily, Tokyo is turning green -- in patches between the concrete and wires anyway. Here in Takao we have some pretty generous swaths of green to look forward to. Rolling hills covered with trees; I just need to figure out where the trails are and find time...

Tonight we watch the last episode of Battlestar Galactica, Season 3! I have the DVD's. Please don't ever, ever mention what's happening in Season 4 here. We'll eventually get to that, too. :)

  • Battlestar Galactica!! - I'll admit to my nerdy side ^_^. I also just recently re-watched the end of Season 3... I hear that Sci-Fi has episode 1 of season 4 on their website: http://www.scifi.com/rewind/?sid=32850



    And of course, I like the photo. I'm curious as to what the painter's painting looked like after he finished. I'm excited to be in Japan for a year form September, I can finally see the sakura bloom in person!

  • I would hate to watch the 1st episode of Season 4 and then stop there. It's better to wait. Anyway we need time to do other things. We tend to watch these series straight through (1 per night) when we have them (which fortunately isn't often). Oh, and not nerdy...this is the best stuff on TV... (The only other show we watch this way is Lost.)

  • Haha, that's almost as bad as a Threadless shirt I wear sometimes that lists all the endings to movies: "Donnie Dies" "The kid's psychiatrist is a ghost" "The Others are the protagonists" "Neo is the One" "Snape Kills Dumbledore" etc. etc., hahaha.
