Roth, a Cambodian child

I’ll be going to Cambodia in less than 2 weeks with a couple of volunteers. I’ve got the kids that I’ll see there on my mind. This is Roth. His parents died of AIDS, and then a Cambodian family adopted him. They raised him for years, but then he they discovered that he had HIV. Maybe they really couldn’t handle caring for him. That’s what they said when they gave him “back.” He arrived at the orphanage in September. He has had a hard time adjusting, understandably. I hear he’s doing better now.
