Rainy Day in August, Summer in Tokyo

I held back on the temptation to title this “August Rain.” Temperatures dropped this weekend to the chagrin of people who count on hot summer days at this time of year. Yesterday we went to Chofu to eat curry and watch fireworks from a friend’s balcony. I wandered back to the train station to photograph the crowd arriving for the show and took this shot at the crossing.
